This website is owned by PUMBA BURGER, S.L., registered office at Carrer de Sant Magí, 24, 07013 Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain. Hereinafter, "Pumba Burger".

This site sets out the menu, the opening hours and the location of the restaurant, and lets you build an order to collect or eat in. It is not a shop: nothing is charged here and the order is not confirmed until you call.

By using it you agree to do so lawfully and not to interfere with how it works. Pumba Burger may change the menu, the prices, the opening hours and the content of these pages at any time.

The text, photographs, design, typefaces and code on this site belong to Pumba Burger or are used under licence. You may read them and share links, but not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Allergen information is provided as guidance and the burgers are cooked on a shared griddle, so cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, say so when you confirm the order by phone and we will check it there and then.

We take care to keep the menu, the prices and the opening hours up to date, but they may change without notice. Pumba Burger is not liable for service interruptions or for damages arising from use of the site, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

This site is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma, unless consumer legislation sets a different jurisdiction because you are acting as a consumer.
