This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no payment gateway, and it sends nothing to any server. The name, phone number and time you type when closing an order stay in your own browser so it can show you your code: they are never transmitted, never stored outside your device, and nobody at the restaurant sees them until you call.

The only personal data Pumba Burger processes is what you give over the phone when you confirm: your name and a contact number, used solely to prepare the order and let you know when it is ready.

The legal basis is performance of the order you request, under article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is kept for as long as it takes to serve the order and, after that, only for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.

No data is shared with third parties and there are no international transfers. The site carries no analytics, no tracking pixels, no social media buttons and no embedded content from other domains: nobody else learns about your visit.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hola@pumbaburger.example, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
